For those difficult parts that can’t be found, we have a dedicated engineering platform available, with 8ft bed lathe, 5 axis CNC milling machine, alloy and stainless steel welding and fabrication.

Do you have electrical issues? Fuel injection is one of the things we often find people worry about, with ongoing issues that no one else can resolve. We specialise in sorting these out.

We have TEXA [Texas Instruments Diagnostics] and PADS [Piaggio Advanced Diagnostics System] on site and Mike helped with the design of the classic P8/9 ECUs, so is well placed to sort your issues. We can remap with official maps, and diagnose live on your bikes with our factory systems.

MOT preparation is a handy and popular service and you’ll find all the normal facilities you would expect from a professional motorcycle dealership at Corsa Classics – tyres and batteries, etc.

Engineering at Classic Corsa

At Classic Corsa, we have access to specialist services for those jobs that are a bit more complex than regular servicing and maintenance. This MV Agusta F4 cylinder head needed to be welded and milled, following damage caused by something ‘alien’ entering the combustion chamber, requiring some precision engineering.
